Banks are getting whopping returns related to credit. Many times it's not rated types of debt that they're doing. So, Chanel is right. This is a big deal. Where it has impact on investors is does this in any way suppress return of capital, particularly buyback? We're not sure yet because these banks are generating so much earnings and available capital.
