Are We a Teamer or We Not?
If you wouldn't expect an executive or president of a company, or somebody with a lot of potential to do it, why are you sympathy voting yourself? And from a team dynamic, if you wouldn't see an olympica team do it, or a professional sports team. Then why are you encouraging it? Are we a teamer or we not? We have to stop those bebehaviors and change our paradime.
