How to Lead Groups of People With Diverse Talents and Skills

I'm wondering if there was certain training or certain mentors that maybe helped develop you in certain ways. I had always had a career goal and aspiration to be a CFO of a pharma company one day. Five years ago, if you told yourself you would be in this role today, would that be a surprise to you? I'm thinking large small. It had always been a career aspiration of mine and hope to continue to continue forward with it.
