The Russians' Charm Campaign in Latin America

There's talk about having a vote in the UN General Assembly for an international war crimes tribunal against, for Ukraine. They just want to make sure that there can never be a positive vote, and they're using every tool they have. And it's like we in the West keep trying to do the same thing again and again and expect a different result. The only way is down unless we can do more to show that we're not just keeping rain away from the poor countries of the world.
