I would still call that learned incompetence to you know if I could get a little wordy That's like there could be like auto-d didacticlearning competence and didactic learning competence We're like is it an external thing like did you think you were doing fine? And then somebody told you you fucking weren't a million times. Or are you yourself thinking like wow I suck at this and therefore I must forever suck at this You know, I think there are two different types and I think one and when you're talking when you'retalking trauma Um, I mean, that's just a match made in heaven.
