What Do People Want to Say About Their Religion?
i thinkt ha, that's a great way of focusing it. It's what do people want to say now about what their religion is? And i mean, i'm sure we all keep having these experiences one way or the other. How to negotiate the reluctance, at least, and often the outright hostility, of people from the traditions we work with. You could certainly get drawn into am battle that questions what your role is in being an academic.
