Gogle's Search Engine Is Not Supposed to Act Independent of Other Services That It Offers

i don't see, unless there's some kind of back door play, how gogles not so angry about this that they just don't support people who implement these kind of policies. The only way you could ever make a case for this were if you consider gogle's search engine to be like a separate business,. or like, it's supposed to follow different rules.
