Hiring is ultimately not truly a leg up for the person that you're hiring, and there's no sense of indebtedness. A lot of people ike hire for lateral moves, and i don't think that works. The best dynamics or that where the other person is truly grateful for the opportunity. And what i have found fascinating is, even at the tail end of the map of capitalism, you still have like bezos, at the end of the day trying to be elon.
