DoJ Moves to Recuse Judge Cannon
There was no discussion of the mechanics of any coming SIPA issues. I am personally doubtful that DOJ will seek Judge Cannon's recusal or disqualification. It feels like it's a pretty high risk move with the low odds of actually panning out. Because of that, you have a much higher chance of being stuck with a judge who you now have pissed off.
