Government Transfer Payments to Non Workers

As the pay premium for having a college degree relative to high school diploma, almost doubled from 19 67 to 20 17. Government transfer payments rose to constitute more than 91 % of their forty nine thousand 613 dollar average income. This is people not working. Me, while you got working class people busting their buts, saying tof themselves, why would i do that? Why would i bust my butt if i can get government transfer payments,. and make forty nine thousand dollars a year, or upwards of it?
