Is There a 60 % Chance This Is Going to Happen?
i can't say i'm super surprised i never went out on a limb and made predictions about this. My friends over at n r would reon the editor's podcasts, a bunch of em would repeatedly say, it's going to pass, is going to pass. And just, you know, in washington, that's what most journals were, most journals sort of come down. But if you just say, i put it rond 60 %, there's nothing intellectully dishonestan if they er anything about it.
