Is This a Death Blow?

I don't understand how it could take them by surprise. We knew that mansion wasn't going to vote for this bill in july, and before thet he said it would be a trill. This is all crazy. It's a death blow. In the white house, interestingly, has decided to take the gloves off and go after mansons jugular and say he's a liar. He lied to them. Only last week, he came to them with a document that sort of suggested what might be done to create a buildback better bill which we don't know was in that document. So finally he said no. And you would think that this was a shock and a surprise
