I've been a bangler a lot, and when i'm not in the pubs drinking that lovely peernd, there's real energy, there's a real usefulness that exists in the city. You also have, i think, the youngest set of entripones in the wealth. The big problem we have, as you also know, is this whole collapsing infra structure because we can't keep up with the growth. I did sort of tweat my concerns, because i felt we were distracting and detracting from the kind of huge opportune ties we were looking at.
