How to Incorporate Sound Therapy Into Your Daily Routine

Every single day and this has been going on since I was nine years old every day I meditate using a mantra meditation. Throughout the day though I'm also listening to therapeutic sounds like mantras, Deva Premo and Mitten are one Krishna Dasas among others. Tina Turner and Cher actually came out with versions of this and so I'll be listening to those during the days you know or I will be listening to different types of musical tools like singing bowls that resonate at particular frequencies. It's just a conscious way of acknowledging the impact that sound makes but incorporating it into your daily routine.
