The Russians' Multilateralism

CNN's John Defterios says he underestimated the extent to which Lavrov has internalized Putin's rhetoric and nationalistic take on the history of Russia and Ukraine. "Lavrov wasn't being shy. He wasn't being coy. He just hated them," said Defterios. While we're talking commodities, let's forget Brazil and fertilizer: There's a very concrete pillar for multi-polarity or at least bilateral cooperation between Russia and Brazil.
