The b b c is now the thing that you do to listen to the radio in the evening. The BBC has its own listener research unit, so there is a more accurate representation about what the listeners actually think. And they are generally more positive, although still contradictory. Some people think a programme is delightful, other people find it loathsome. People have widely diverging tastes, that's very clear.
