Introduction
In patients with elbow effusion, they will generally hold their elbow flexed at around 70 to 80 degrees of flexion at rest. For cubital tunnel syndrome, remember that there may be first-dorsional interosseus or first-webspace atrophy. In valgus extension overload, patients may be tender to palpation over the posterior medial elecronon.
