The Human Eye on Financial Shenanigans

Inherently, I don't understand how that would work because that is the dispersion of wealth, not the accumulation of wealth. And again, look at the representation in governments where especially in places where money makes the politician. It's true though that governments have been seen as not stopping crimes by large financial institutions. But are these people being shut out of legislation? That's a question, right?
