Tottenham boss wants to develop a way of life rather than a list of rules. They say he's disciplinarian but he they don't have like the same team rules and I guess that kind of goes to your family thing. So if you are a little bit late or you don't do something you don't necessarily get a fine or any punishment or anything like that. But it's ingrained into the culture to act a certain way and act with a certain amount of responsibility and respect. He can be quite relaxed on that in terms of he, he doesn't necessarily demand a certain dress code for example.
