Oil Stocks: A Speculative Play

Pugliano: I'm holding onto my oil stocks. It's a bit of a speculative play, but I do think that it has limited downside. With the war in Ukraine, I wouldn't at all be surprised to see another combat boot drop. Pugliano is looking very seriously at making just a small position trade.
