A big, a big challenge for designers is in designing density and higher density that is not overcrowded and is not stressful. The benefit of density is that if you can fit more people on a piece of land, it means the rest of the land can remain as wild land or natural land. And also means you get the benefits of having public transport, being able to walk in cycle places. Whereas if we're all spread out, everyone has to jump in a car to drive around basically.
