Loving kindness meditation is designed to promote feelings of compassion and love both for others and oneself. It can help those affected by anger frustration resentment or interpersonal conflict the type of meditation may increase positive emotions and has been linked to reduce depression anxiety and post-traumatic stress or PTSD um I don't know it just makes sense it really reminds me one of the one of the words that I actually was searching for in yesterday's episodes or at least one episode of them as well is it an affirmation.
