How to Be a Better Director
I like it to be a relaxed set and I don't like to feel pressure. Every time if you have staff to stand in front of your own camera it's a horrifying thing. You know, plenty of time I've had the scene improved by even just my camera system or my first AD. Once everybody on set feels like it's okay for them to come up and suggest stuff then and that's all you're all the better for it.
