Borders in El Paso, Mexico - It's Just Sowing More Chaos

At the beginning of the summer, el paso was seeing about a thousand border crossings a day. Now they're at 13 hundred migrants a day. They've done almost a thousand street releases over the past week. There's a lot of dynamics at play here.
