The Challenges of Reporting an Incident
When you have an incident, that's when all these things become challenging. The final rule for a regulator is not going to give you the example of what best practice looks like. A lot of folks who don't do things in that process before they have an incident will be caught flat-footed. I know another concern that's been voiced is this notion that organizations may have to reveal too much information.
