Criminals Don't Get Background Checks

Criminals don't get background checks. They know they were arrested. High capacity magazines are another one, what they call high capet which are really standard capacity magazine. Do you have any idea how many of these are out there? Everyone else, no one else is going to turn them in. The criminals aren't. So basically you're limiting people want to defend themselves to ten rounds, while the criminals get 30, forty, five and 60, and maybe more. That's asonine here. You need proof.
