The Threat to Civil Liberties Due Process

A new poll gives hope to contenders like Mike Pence who now is taking a firm stand against the president and his actions on January 6th. Professor Alan Dershowitz, Harvard Law, he also wrote the book Get Trump, The Threat to Civil Liberties Due Process and our Constitution rule of law. Former Attorney General Bill Barr says that if we only had this type of vigilance when he was running for president, he wouldn't be president. He's concerned about the slippery slope of criminalizing legitimate political activity.
