The Benefits of Photography for Mental Health

I loved getting out and hiking on Mondays and Tuesdays when nobody was out in the forest. I found this community that was like it was the sort of supportive system the support system that I had never had really with anything else. Getting outside for 30 minutes a day walking in natural scenery helps with it helps calm you down it helps ease anxiety so there's a lot of things that have really played into it.
