i remember one house we were living and the ceiling caved in, cause there ended up being water eak. What about the next batch of homeless people? And then you've now told everyone that they can have a house without paying for it. That would be the incentive for anyone to pay for any of their houses. How do those houses end up existing in the first place? They have to be built by people. People don't understand insentivizing production at all. They only want to incentivize consumption. But if you don't allow for an environment for people to produce things all that everyone needs consume, then you end up with a bunch of consumers that have nothing to consume
