There is a memorial happening this coming week for anyone local who wants to come out and show support for April's family. It's going to be held at 5 p.m. on April 4th, and they're going to do a balloon release. And I also recommend everyone going on Facebook and following April's Facebook page. If you search April Marie Tinsley, T-I-N-S-L-E-Y. Let them know that there are people out there 30 years later that still care about their daughter.
