Getting Away From Anything That Has a Register Trade Mark

Craig crich murray. Murray would like to know about lining up transients between bas guitar and kick drum. He uses elastic audio and protols. Is wondering, sometimes the gray line that appears over the transient is way often either a little late or a little early. Any thoughts or advice? Greatly appreciated.
