I think, i guess my my food for thought is thinking about the people that that are out there that may well be struggling with with disordered eating, or eaten disorders. And just to say that you are being really brave, kind of coming forward and asking for support and acknowledging that maybe this is effecting you. I've seen so many people that ive said, i don't think this is possible, and they have had an amazing recovery. Just getting to the right people around you, in your team, to support you through that is is so, so important.
