Mitch Keller or Andrew Heaney?

Mitch Keller is at Tampa Bay next week. Not sure I'd want to use him there. Heaney's been really good since that awful first start. And what he did against the Yankees here on Thursday, he didn't even use his best pitch, his slider that much. Does Heaney need to be rostered in 100% of leagues? But you could get away with not rostering him right now a little easier for him.
