Lewis Carroll's Lectures at Oxford

Rumor has it that Lewis would be still getting undressed as he sort of walked into the lecture room. And particularly in his later phase at Cambridge, I remember John Lennox who was a friend of mine went to one of Lewis's last lectures. Lewis walked in the lecture room door taking his coat off, walked straight to the podium, delivered the lecture and put his coat back on off he went. He had this remarkable ability to internalize his material so he knew exactly what he said, didn't he? Notes. So it was remarkable. His students really thought it was really quite wonderful.
