Casey Ross: We're going to continue to see these products used behind the scenes with no clear understanding of how they're being used. Somebody's got to step up and demand accountability and transparency in the use of these kinds of products, he says. Emily Peck: Are there any solutions to this? Casey Ross: I think until somebody steps up and requires these companies to be transparent about the products that they're using in a public-funded benefit like Medicare, we'll just keep seeing it more and more.
