Comark's Artificial Intelligence Strategy for the Loyalty Market
Loyalty programs are very nicely exposed to the fraud activity because more and more value is being carried within the balances of the loyalty programs. And naturally, it's an area for which the hackers and, you know, say, crime world has an appetite for. We are deploying our AI machine learning algorithms in order to actually detect the anomalies in the behavior of the accounts, balances, transaction patterns. It's a much more proactive way of detecting the fraud. This is for the moment what we are doing with the machine learning. I'm more than sure there will be other areas soon addressed with that technology.
