The Problem of Reconstruction of a Block

The current proposal for ethereum arazor coating uses a two dimensional square. This is because in the worst case, you don't want to have to reconstruct the entire block. At celestia, we have a notion of partial notes, which don't really exist. And that's because rows and columns ar have their rasor coating computed independently of other rows and columns. So i'm not convinced that using validity proofs means that you can ignore syncronous communication assumption  and say, yes, i can sign off on a block as soon as i've sampled ten samples. But i'm not sure if the network can actually reconstruct it. I i guess we'll find out
