Germany is still not paying its minimum requirements for defense that they agreed to. Donald Trump said, well, then we're going to pull out. Why should we expect different? We see Joe Biden at home. They'd like a soft, weak American president. It's good for Europe not to have an American president banging on them and demanding that they do more.
