What's Your Cycle Time?

When we play the tact simulation game, the biggest thing that people can do in order to get that game under five minutes is have their materials ready for cycle time. Cycle time means when they're going to do their work and what that cycle of work looks like,. how it's done and how long it takes to do so their cycle time rit for ther work they need to be installing right away. Once they have their expectations made clear, the workers are trained and the area is set up - then you start working on your pike hours. That's what i'm asking for. And i don't think this is very difficult.
