The Importance of Networking in Scouting
There was one a consultant I worked with Aberdeen who was absolutely fantastic with that he was older. He used to be ahead of recruitment at Club in England and didn't like retirement so came in to help out with recruitment. Within five minutes because this person this consultant would pull out the rollback phone and send a text message within five minutes he would have references from three different people within the game but how many intense flints they manage when they're training things like that it was just incredible. That level of networking is something that's often overlooked still within scare time is very important but is you know again only part of the puzzle well we're going to continue this wonderful conversation that we're having with
