The FBI's Investigation of Secretary Clinton's Use of a Personal Email System
FBI Director James Comey gave a 15-minute speech on Hillary Clinton's use of her personal email system during her time as Secretary of State. He concluded that no charges are appropriate in this case. The way she handled classified information was extremely careless, he said. This is the FBI Director alone talking about closing a case when prosecutors ultimately decide to close a case or prosecute a case. In my experience, I could not think back and recall any instance where a case that produced no criminal charges was concluded in this way.
