I think we've covered off most of the questions that related to buyers agents specifically. But it doesn't hurt just to have a conversation with a potential buyers agent that you're looking at, or even if you don't think you'll use one. It's not bad to get a different perspective. Can always learn something. We're always learning. Yes, absolutely. I'm just saying all strategies work, but which one does suit you as the individual? And we probably don't know that on a Facebook ad. So it's again marketing to get us in, which is great. We can follow these people and understand more about different options out there.
