Meditation Practice - The Stage of Equianimity
If we can maintain a balanced mindfulness with just observing it, we end up in a place of very profound equanimity. And at this point, the practice is really going on by itself. It's flowing along very smoothly. We find that neutral feeling is actually more satisfying than pleasant feeling. There's a very great refinement and subtlety of mind at this time in this experience of neutral feeling.
