Gracie, I saw that there was a blog post or something on your website talks about how 40% of the managers at bit get a female. And yeah, what we can all do to encourage more young woman to get involved with the industry both as developers, as investors, as traders. That's very key. But back to how we both women and men can help to make gender equality a bigger thing in our daily life as well as professional life. We don't really care whether it's some men or women. We are a very result driven company,. And we also support female leadership and provide equal opportunities to promote for everyone.
