We've all gone on line much more, and on phones as well. While one of the elements of the law has always been the extent to which a contract and its terms are transparent. The draft exposure legislation that was released in august of this year says that a person will bepro ted from entering into, applying or relying on an unfair contract term. And so the significance of that is that for each contravention, more penalties will apply.
