The Future of Regulation in the EU

The regulatory landscape with respect to AI is heating up. I don't think any regulator ever goes into a situation saying, I want to stop innovation. That's absolutely not true. Regulation as a general rule always helps incumbents because they're bigger and can afford to comply. What it doesn't help is startups and nimble companies who then get overwhelmed by the regulatory landscape.
