The Problem With Pretrial Diversion Agreements

Plea agreements can go haywire, but most of them go forward without a hitch. This one was set up for failure and we're learning more now that we get a look at things like the plea deal. When you look at the language, you can see why both parties were confused. They should have known what they were entering into when they walked in.
