How to Automate Continuous Integration

You can clear all of the IIS settings and completely recreate the IIS schema. That's definitely what I did in the PowerSail scripts. So my argument for doing that is to avoid the manual process getting in the way of making errors. If somebody does a manual step and next time you deploy, that manual step will be overridden if it's not included in the script or whatever you're using. It's just a way to force you to use the scripts and avoid manual errors.
