There are currently a record number of apartment units under construction and being finished. Apartment REITs have been among the bestREIT performers as other sectors were hit hard by higher interest rates. Mosen Kors isn't usually a big earnings name, but with signs that Bud Light has permanently lost market share, its report will be watched a lot more closely than usual.
