Ukraine's State Special Communications Service's War Objective
The Clop Ransomware Group is using Torrance to leak data stolen via the Moved vulnerabilities, bleeping computer reports. Decentralized Torrance offer a more efficient way for the group to distribute the data while making it more difficult for law enforcement to shut them down. The head of Ukraine's state special communications service has outlined their organization's war objective. Shishal believes that excluding Russia from international organizations and isolating the country will hinder their access to crucial technologies.
